Tuner A empty dm 800 HD

i have a dreambox 800 hd original flashed with openpli
after booting Tuner Configuration A empty ...
i tried several image...problem remains the same,
how to solve this problem???

Try push the tuner home in its slot could be loose.

Check your sim card, and be sure you flash images compatible with your sim card,

Could be the tuner itself but usually if it is the tuner the box wont fully boot.

Then if you flash an original image, and you have no tuner,... only option left is to replace the tuner, you can get a clone one no problem, as it looks tuner died.
