I suppose some in South / East / South-East Europe might catch it but remember the projected footprints were posted at post 2 of this thread here:

Also worth mentioning that Eutelsat 8WA (Atlantic Bird 2) has now reached 12.5°W so Eutelsat 12WB should have active freq's very soon. (Wonder if they will flip its footprint back to how it was when it was at 13°E or leave it terrible for most in Europe as it was at 8.1°W)
