Which Emu for DVBDream these days (2019)?

Hi, i am back using my PC DVB card after some time (ten years)! I am hoping someone can help clue me back in and advise which EMU is the go-to these days? I have vPlug, but as i understand it, thats now obsolete. I have PowerVU Emu, but again as i understand it, thats only good for PowerVU? What EMU is recommended for stuff like Bulsat (IR) etc? Many thanks!

yes vPlug is not longer updated, but its vModules is still works (for example Anubis_Ir made a vModule on 3rd revision on Tandberg/Director CA in 2017 which using AES key alongside with the regular DES key, but have to stopped due to it potentially not using CSA (CMIIW)), thus is still relevant

I think it still works with Bulsat (though I can't access it myself), I've seen its screenshot but I forget where
