Brand new here and Suggestions welcome!

I'm brand new to all of this and I'm curious what is the best box for beginners?

I'm checking out eBay and I found a device that claims to support all of the things:

"Also support Internet IKS,CCCAM NewCAM MgCAM GSCAM,Biss key and Power VU Code Setting"

It doesn't list any specific brand so I'm curious if this is an okay beginner box or should I invest in a Dream Box or a VU+ or are there any other recommendations?

I don't want to buy something that isn't going to be good to learn on so any and all suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated!

i don't really understand the difference between the three you recommended?

also is there a way to use a tv tuner card in a pc to look at satellite?
