i test for sr-1200d/1400d and sr-2500cu and geant 5500/1010 its blocking
in some forums arab also spoke about this problem

I spend a few hours on them channels and works fine on TM5402

am sure if you reported to engineer they will fix this bug because like I said not all the receivers doing it m8

I suspect that the problem lies in the receivers updates

delete frequency and re-add/search , works fine
