can anyone help me with a full system satellite dish+receiver or tv tuner setup for watching satellite feeds with no delay?

Any satellite system will have a few seconds delay.

No one can advise you because they dont know your circumstances and needs.

the delay is important cause i need to see the events and place bet before the bookies suspend the bets
