I've just uploaded latest s/w to my Ariva 52E (V1.23B2), and noticed that a new section called 'MyIPTV' has been added in the 'Entertainment' menu!

If IPTV will work with this bow, i'm interested in English & Swedish channels. If someone could post a link for these languages, or PM me, i'd really appreciate it!

Hope someone can help!

Thanks in advance.

I've now got a list of IPTV links. Some work when i try the links on my pc, but as yet, NONE of them work when i enter them manually in 'MyIPTV', in my Ariva 52E.

However, when i try and add the 'http' address in the Channel URL, i haven't got enough room for all the letters of the 'http-address' in the space provided.

Can someone please tell me how i enter the WHOLE 'http-address' in this space, in my Ariva 52E.

Thanks in advance!

I hope someone can help me with adding links to My IPTV.
I don't want to add IPTV links manually but via USB. Whenever I try to import links from my USB device, I got an error message that says "IPTV m3u8 list file not found". The file I'm trying to import is named as "iptv.txt" and is located in the main storage directory on my USB device just as described here. But it still doesn't work. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong...

Any suggestions?

IPTV M3U8 is not supported by Ariva
the streams are only supported with HTTP encoding H.264 video and MP3 audio

test file ;)

Rename "iptv.txt" to "iptv" (it's textformat) and test again.

Oh, that's bad news :) I thought Ariva 52 supports this format. But you uploaded a test file here. Does that mean that only Ariva 52E isn't supported or can other Ariva receivers open m3u8 links?

Thanks but it has been settled since Ariva 52E does not support .m3u8. I just wonder if other receivers (102E, 202E etc.) support this format.

I solved this problem by installing the original firmware that I downloaded from the official website of Ferguson. After installing the original release I installed the patched version of darksidedvb again and it works very well now.
