cant watch 4k channels

Hi everyone,

Why cant i watch 4k Channels like the promo ones on ASTRA and Hotbird?

I can only hear them but no picture?

Decoder: Iris 9900 Hd 02 with monoblock astra and hotbird

You need a 4K receiver for this. I can't see your model supports the new standard.
