Another method of sending the ipk file is:
1- Start DCC program.
2- Go to Tools
3- select IPKG
4- Select upload folder
5- Go to where you have saved the TSpanel plugin as ipk folder
6- Click on it and wait for the installation to coplete.
7- Restart Enigma to see the plugin in the Green button menu.

TSpanel works with all enigma2 image either original,sim2 or ferrari ,dreambox or vu+ if correctly installed
The best method for installation of TSpanel
download the last version 4.4 from her after unzipping the file send it to dreambox /tmp folder
now by dcc-telnet enter this command
Due to possible conflict with what called plugin Ferrari addons manager the later will be disabled once TSpanel installed,however you do not need it with presence of TSpanel
Ferrari files server are not available by default in TSpanel servers but simply you can add
just go to

TS Panel 4.7

With intoducing tuner 3 in 1 in sunray sr4 with possibility of channel scanning for three types of broadcasting(s,c,t)
keeping bouquets for all types is slightly difficult and may be cleared with first scanning for channels
in TSpanel-system tools-settings laoder there are many popular updated servers to download settings and from TSpanel 4.6 and above no fear from overwriting the satellite.xml which contains frequencies for other types(t and c)
just before download settings check green button-settings and put yes for keep satellite.xml,terrestrial.xml and save
now if you have already bouquets assigned for dvb-t channels you can keep them after installing new setting
just press bouquets button and select the bouquets you want to keep and save
after that relax and download your settings without fear of overwriting your modified satellite.xml and your dvb-t bouquets
