Astra 19.2e satellite channels showing error “Wrong data transmission”

Hi, I am having problems with some of my astra 19.2e satellite channels, I’m receiving error “Wrong data transmission” on german channels like all the sky cinema, syfy and the sport channels, some of those channels have full reception nothing on the screen on that error message, I can confirm that my astra LNB is fine because french and Spanish channels work just fine, I have been experiencing this problem for two days now, any ideas please?

You not read, but Sky DE from 18.11.2015 move from dvb-s mux to S2 and this is reason more SD channets to not work for you, more info here:

I have done rescan nothing new came up, I have tried those frequencies still nothing, what is the solution?

My receiver is TM500

Ok so a new receiver capable of receiving dvb-2 is needed, ok thank you.
