I looked for around on internet, I found several post but noone help me.
I upgrade my very old tivusat card not suitable for 4k with a new one, the old of course was and is running so i think my oscam config is right I remember with the old card now are abaout 10 years ago I had to calculate the rsakey but I don't remember the procedure, I thin is legal because I live in italy and the card is regular.
