Hi, i assume you have a hd drive in your 7020hd, try this you need dcce2 on your pc, open it ,go to ftp > recordings ,click on list, all your recordings should appear, tick the box next to one you want on your pc, then on top left, copy to path, select where you want to store recordings on your pc, then click download, the recording will copy straight to that folder.I know its not direct recording but end result is the same.
