Alsat Gbox problem

Hello, my alsat gbox positioner is not working when i call for different satellite, but when i use it manually with i's own remote control it drive the dish. It's like if lost the memory. is this a simple repair or beyond repair

yes I am using advance and storing the position for 3 satellites 13/19.2 and 28.2 in position 4/5 and 6. it use to work with BH image now with OPENPLI IS not responding for some reason by the way I have reset it and took the power plug off but nothing seems happening, I wonder if you can think of something else?

This is exactly how I did mine except for the " increase voltage"
I put "yes" I wonder if that is the problem, but again it was working with setting for many years. my dish is 1.4 and in the garden..
