Dm 900 failing to Authentic

I just bought a DM900 ultra hd. I am trying to authenticate but getting message “Invalid response from server”
Another problem it fails to to upgrade bootloader.
Can anyone help me with this.

There are clones around of the dm900. Are you sure yours is original ?

I can upload genuine image on it. I thought that is genuine box. Is there any way to check it to be 100% sure it is genuine as I am thinking now that is not.

Open the box, and check if you have a sim card or a chip just below of the smartcard readers on the front left.

Gents, not sure how to upload the photo here but it looks like top photo without sim card. so it is genuine box then, but why it is failing to authenticity with dream web
