PB-Powerboard PBNIGMA II VX for original DB HD MMCs

Experimental 26th-27th XII 2012.

PBNIGMA II VX based in OpenPLi sources

Differences to OpenPLi's E2:
- our own mounting system (it will not auto-mount)
- Flash Expander
- amended Picon installation dialogue (path can be selected during installation)
- new Bootlogo
- new Spinner
- autoFS

Fixes and changes:
- Flash Expander works again
- Changes to the Gstreamer
- mdev-fixes for Pearl-LCD
- Changes and fixes from the PLi to their Enigma2

Auf Basis der Sourcen vom OpenPLi das PBNIGMA II VX dazu.

Änderungen im Vergleich zu OpenPLi:

- eigenes Mountsystem (es erfolgt kein Automount)
- Flashexpander
- geänderter Piconinstallationsdialog (Pfad kann bei der Installation gewählt werden)
- neues Bootlogo
- neuer Spinner
- autoFS

Fixes und Änderungen:
- Flashexpander geht wieder
- Änderungen am gstreamer
- mdev-fixes für Pearl-LCD
- Änderungen und Fixes von pli am Enigma2
