WIFI not working

I have issue e with usbwifi rt73
1) dongle correctly recognized
2) wireless network scan works and identify the wlan networks
3) connection seems to go ok, but no connection.

The issue seams to be that I cannot have the network adapter set on "yes" in the network settings. it always go back to "no"

Any suggestion ?

fix found.
after congiguring the wifi, don not wait for network update. turn off the box immediately and restart. WIFI is the working ok.
The problem is that for some reason the network configuration file does not get updated if you do not kill the box immediately when network updating process starts
