Enhanced Movie Center

Since the plugin IPKG, or plug-in directory views "Suomipoeka" and was sometimes "Enhanced Movie List" is used, which has often led to confusion among users.

MovieList:
- Fast operation compared to the original E2 MovieList
- Full directory support
- More control over the movie files (move, delete, dir create, empty dir delete)
- Multiselection (pressing the video-button on a movie) for all available operations (delete, move and playlist)

FAQ
Q: What is the "cifs* files operation" setting?
A: On Samba CIFS filesystem Linux creates "cifs"* (randomly numbered e.g. cifs7645) files when files that are being used by some process get deleted by some other process.
For some reason these files are not deleted by the filesystem when the first process using the file finally releases it.
I added this option when I was using recording over a Samba CIFS mount. This way I didn't have to worry about these grabage files left on the drive.
If you're not using a CIFS mount you can ignore this setting as it will have no effect.

Q: What is the "cursor to newest" setting?
A: The "cursor to newest" settings simply move the cursor on top of the newest recording when the list is opened (from tv mode or playback mode).
By setting on the reversed list order this effect will probably be more visible.

Many file types are listed and played with appropriate hardware:

EMC has its own player frontend EMCMediaCenter "with all the formats that your Dreambox, can also be played.

Beinhaltet ein Skin die EMC-Screens, müssen die für die V.3.0.0 geändert werden !
Es wird sonst beim versuch EMC zu starten einen Crash geben (ohne Crashlog), und die Box hängt fest. (Reboot über Console, oder im Notfall den Netzschalter)
Um dennoch mit altem Skin EMC V.3.0.0 zum laufen zu bekommen, kann man mit der skin_user.xml aus diesem Post den Default-Skin von EMC erzwingen.

Der grüne Button bekommt dann in EMC ein (P) hinten angestellt damit man was das hier eine permanente Sortierung vorliegt.
New: Logik um Symlinks anzulegen wurde geändert. Der Symlink wird im aktuellen Verzeichnis anglegt, und im Datei-Browser muss nur noch das Ziel ausgewählt werden.
New: Im EMC Menu kann mit "Verzeichnis hoch" eine Verzeichnis Ebene höher gegangen werden, über die MovieHome Beschränkung die im Setup eingestellt ist hinaus.

Bugfix: Im Extension Menü aus EMC-Player raus (RADIO-Taste) werden nun alle Einträge angezeigt, womit man auch PiP wider ausschalten kann.
Bugfix: Umlaute in Dateinamen werden nun dargestellt (Für Dateien die keine eit oder **** haben oder wenn EMC den Dateiname dartstellen soll).
Bugfix: Beim automatischen leeren des Papierkorb gab es einen Loop und dabei konnten die "Spinner" erscheinen.
Bugfix: Abspielen über den VLC-Client funktioniert wieder.
Bugfix: Untertitel Dateien wie .srt etc. werden nun ohne Crash abgespielt

ACHTUNG !!!
Versucht erst gar nicht EMC V3.0.0 mit einem Skin zu starten der Screens für EMC V2.0.2 besitzt. Es wird NICHT starten!!!
Benutzt in dem Fall erst mal die entsprechende skin_user.xml aus diesem Post hier!

Da es immer wieder Probleme mit Skins gab die EMC im Skin aufgenommen haben.
Hier eine Möglichkeit IMMER den EMC Default Skin zu haben, egal welchen Skin man installiert hat.

Alle EMC Screens sind in der skin_user.xml
Diese skin_user.xml einfach (Zip mit der richtigen Skinauflösung vorher enpacken) nach /etc/enigma2/ kopieren und E2 neu starten. Danach sollte in jedem Skin EMC mit Default-Skin und Default-Font erscheinen.

Da ich mal versprochen habe das wir noch vor Weihnachten ein Update auf die V.3.0.0 bringen, wir das aber leider nicht geschafft haben, haben wir uns dazu entschlossen zu Weihnachten einen öffentlichen Betatest zu machen. ;)


Die wichtigsten Änderungen sind:
  • Cover Anzeige für alle Files und Verzeichnisse
  • Sortiermodus kann beim Start festgelegt werden (A-Z, Z-A, Datum aufsteigend oder absteigend)
  • Sortierung kann mit Lange grün umgekehrt werden (von A-Z zu Z-A, oder bei Datum aufsteigend zu absteigend)
    Das kann natürlich beliebig mit PermanentSort kombiniert werden.
  • EMC eigene Bookmarks zusätzlich zu den E2 Bookmarks wieder eingeführt.
  • PreSettings für das Setup können abgerufen werden
(Alles was im Setup noch nicht übersetzt ist, ist neu....dazu bin ich noch nicht gekommen.)

Dateinamen für Cover-Anzeige
Filme: FILMNAME.jpg
Verzeichnisse: folder.jpg oder VERZEICHNISNAME.jpg (Cover muss IM Verzeichnis selbst sein.)

Um die Cover auch im Skin anzuzeigen muss natürlich noch ein neues widget in den Skin.
Entweder die hier angehängte skin_user.xml verwenden, oder das widget selbst in den Skin einbauen.

OK, hier nun mal das aktuelle ipkg vom 05-11-2012, das ist der aktuelle Stand auf github

Da hier nun alle .py Files mit dabei sind, gibt es ab nun keine unterschiedlichen ipkg's für OE2.0 und 1.6.

Aktuelle Betaversion 13.11.2012

Wenn hier keine groben Fehler mehr auftauchen und ich dann noch den OLED Skin für die 800se angepasst habe, könnten wir dann daraus das V4.0.0 Release machen.

Bitte testet damit vor allem die Bug's die wir zuletzt behandelt haben.
Aber natürlich auch alles andere.
Weil gestern gab es eine Bootschleife nur wenn man den Papierkorb komplett deaktiviert hatte.
Deshalb habe ich gestern noch kein ipkg erstellt.

BETAVERSIONEN
Da EMC nun OpenSource ist, werde ich hier jeweils zwischendurch aktuelle Betaversionen einstellen.
Da nun in den IPKG's alle *.py Files dabei sind, sind diese ipkg's nun für OE1.6 & OE2.0.
(Die beiden Betaversionen Treads sind nun geschlossen, da wir nun alles hier im Haupttread abwickeln können.)

Enhanced Movie Center (EMC) V.3.6.0beta20121118

Update:
* Speed up movie list, only reload if configured
* Fixed play last MovieSelection.py(s)
* Movielist set correct cursor position after reopen EMC / close player / open during playback
* Movielist update movie immediately after state change
* Player use cursor left / right to seek forward / back
* CoverSearch fixed GS if list is empty
* Config fixed sporadic GS after cancel
* Startup avoid screen resizing / flickering (EMC was opened wrongly for a short time)
* Config restore settings on cancel
* Config fixed GS if language not available
* New Player LCD skin for 220px color displays

TODO:
* PlayAll / Shuffle
* Add records in background if EMC is closed

Die neue Funktion die auf die blaue oder gelbe Farbtaste gelegt werden kann, lädt Filminformationen aus dem Internet und speichert die als FILMNAME.txt zum Film dazu ab.
Ist nun keine .eit oder kein Titel in der .eit vorhanden werden die Informationen aus der .txt angezeigt.
