Wheather with "parabolic dish" you're meaning the pf one, to obtain a signal level comparable to offset dish standards you need to use a dish greater than 15-20% to counterbalance its typical shadowing effect.

so, if I have , for example 240cm parabola and 240cm offset dish, better signal results be with, offset dish, correct?

Both antenna types have pluses and minuses and none of them ideal. I would say, if you compare 1,8m PFA and 1,8x1,9m offset and you are able to collect reflected signal from whole antenna surface and you use proper LNB, than performance of those dishes will be more or less the same. Shadow effect on such big PFA is very little.
