"SAB Titan 1" HD Sat receiver

Hello,
1. Could someone show me where I can find the LATEST Firmware-update for my SAB-Titan 1 HD-receiver? All I can find are updates from 2011.
My Titan-"Information" screen shows: "actual S/W version: 06020400 1.4.16 MCAS ".
Latest update was: 06 sept 2011.

2. I did some trying already, but everytime I tried to upload with a USB-stick, the Titan's answer was: "unvalid update". So I'm not gettting anywhere.
