once you have made 4 or 5 Non-Spam posts then you can download files as yet you have not done so and just ignored everything and broke several forum Rules in doing so .

These Same Rules do apply to all new members not just you !
this is to avoid forum being flooded with useless spam messages which are totally and easily avoidable .

There are still limits with 4 posts

Even after i made above post @ tuushman still went ahead and made some more spam posts in files sections after ignoring forum Rulez again & again .
i do not think you want any help whatsoever ??

And seems obvious your only here to Spam/Flood forum with garbage , so if you wish to keep on spamming then u can be treated as a spammer i have no issue whatsoever to impose a bann each time u spam its that simple : ) )
