Little confused with this myself mate and not tried it.
The readme states only OE1.6 and Blackhole is oe2.0
However file version 4097 is said to be working on Openpli 3 which is oe2.0
So all I can suggest till I try it is use the 4097 version.

when i try to install i get error

You need to install this librtmp-bin then reinstall the IPTV updater
No time now but ill see if I can find that tonight if you havnt done so.

Thanks so much for your help m8 yes i tryed even with that i get collected errors: and the link u send me i cant read that but i got these files librtmp0_2.41_git1_7f0e374f083df3b9e88de5b650d0a75463b0e067-r0_mips32el.ipk + gst-plugins-bad-rtmp_0.10.23-r2-dream3_mips32el.ipk but no luck m8 i ve got internal flash with Meoboot BlackHole-2.0.3 on the external flash.tryed pli+openvix and vti 5.1.0 but no luck plz if anybody got this plugin working on any image plz let me know or more help/info would be greatly appreciate

I am running without problems,
so the first thing you do, the file in / tmp and by telnet you give this command,
Gui then you're doing is important,
then you hit the green button gehts du IPTV Channel Updates,
since you can choose what you Bouquette you want to have and hit ok,
Gui restart and that's it.

the plugin is only for OE 2.0
