problem receiving horizontal signal

Eureka...kind of!
It turned out to be the DISECQ motor. If I just connect the cable direct to the LNB without connecting through the motor I get horizontal signal. It means I can only point to one sat but I guess it is better than nothing.
If anyone has any idea how I can fix this so that I have both dish movement and signal then your help would be greatly appreciated.
