oscam ymod t48 for pli image

oscam ymod t48 for pli,tested with pli 4.0

because i can't upload it in oscam section i post it here.
it is an older version uploaded in the oscam section with the latest oscam ymod t48 bin. it don't contains oscam ke*ys inside you have to add it in etc/tuxbox/config/oscam_ymod.

- Added option pidfile
- Filter class is able to exclude certain channels (error in parsing if seeders more than one)
class = e6 (4e86) - only the class e6 without channel 4e86
class =! e6 (4e86) - all classes except e6 or channel 4e86
- Fixed parsing of the data provider in the encoding Dre
- Fixed an emulator provider tnt
