Receiving Austrian TV in Southern UK

Hi
I'm trying to help a friend of mine provide viewing for Austrian TV, presumably from 19.2E, and would like some advice on what might be available and on choice of Rx and dish. Is an elliptical dish and combo LNB a possibility for 19.2 and 28.2. I also understand Austrian encryption is changing. His wife is an Austrian national.

You need someone in Austria who has a registered address and has paid their TV licence,"Rundfunkgebühren, an die dortige Gebührenstelle" An Austrian may have up to 5 cards, but is not in principle allowed to give one to anyone outside Austria.They just have to get an extra card, stick it in their TV until it registers, and then send it to you.
The next problem is one of equipment. If you have a Dreambox or something that can run Softcams then you can run the Cryptoworks softcam in oscam. If this means nothing to you then you are better off buying the recommended Cryptoworks CAM in Austria. Easily available.
