Why can't I download anymore?

Hi. Why is it that I can no longer download any files? When I attempt to download a file, attachment.php is all that's downloaded.

Its a window explorer incompatibility.

In windows explore click

Tools
Compatibility View Settings

Then add sat-universe to it.

Then restart your browser and downloads will be fine.
