5000 HD reciever?

What di I do wrong because I still can't recieve the dutch Discovery science and all the other extra channels on that frequency and I still can't recieve the Dutch regional channels like Rijnmond. I did a factory reset after update and I have a 5000 HD reciever

Sorry for not replying but I had some serious circomstances at home.
Yes I tried to reread all the frequencies and after a while they come visible. But no signal strengt on those channels. The dish is ok because everything else works; only the dutch regional channels and the dutch discovery science and national geograpic wild don't work. I tried new software 155p and 158p; I reset the factory settings and I completely reset the machine but the problem still remains. On lent an old humax reciever to test and on that machine all works well.
