DM500s problem green light permanently ON

Hi to everyone ,

I have a problem with my dm500s, there is no picture on a tv , green front led is permanently on , i have no controll over it, i've connected the dm with rs232 to my pc and Dreamup. It found it, than i erased the image that is already in the box, and flashed it with a new image , it all ends "succesfuly" but the box is still with a permanent green light on , I've tried 4-5 images and i'm not being able to fix it. I'm out of ideas , cna anyone help me .

Nop nothing at all , just a blue ( tv default ) screen

no i didnt i just restarted my dreambox and after than i coudnt start it,
i did check the scart ,and connected it with a video out cables ( red, white , yellow). the Green Light is still frozen , gets no commands from remote controll .

I'm really desperate ( so many good soccer games are on tv tonight )

thanks ferret for your time , but i actually did that , i also tried a different front panel from another dreambox 500s , still the same problem , green light is frozen doesnt blink on commands from remote controll, nor doesnt show any picture on TV
.

p.s. also tried with another power supply cords, nothing helps

Hi Ferret hope you can help me with this desition,
-I've done almost 20 image flashing to this DM500 with Dreamup (rs232) , with every possible image that is out there for dm500s.
-I did Erase Image before uploading flash image,
-Checked the power supply, tried with 3 other dm power supplies,
-Checked every cable inside the box.
-Checked the scart cable and tried with AV cables , and 2 other scart cables
-Changed the dm front panel 2 times
-I did every freaking thing that is possible on this dreambox to fix my problem but nothing helped.
If you recall , my problem is that the dreambox worked great at one moment, my tvs picture went blue , and the dreambox wasnt responding to the remote controll. The light on the Dreambox stays permanently GREEN , no blinking or anything when i type on remote controll.
-Dreamup does read the dreambox with rs232 , it flashes succesfuly but the problem still stays.

Can you at least tell me would a JTAG be a solution to this dreambox.

yes i did also try original image but didnt help,
and thankyou for your answer thats what i was waiting for , guess its time to make a jtag cable and try to fix this little lady

Yes i did , i even left it unpluged for couple of days ( actualy it stays in the box at this moment , i test it every now and than, just thinking that it might work again without any other solution.
But as i said i think JTAG is my only solution to this problem.
So i had to ask if jtag would help(
i think that the bootloader got corrupted somehow

i'll let you know when i jtag it , just have to wait for the 100 ohm resistors which i had to order online, coudnt find 100 ohms in local stores so will probably have to wait for few more days after the new years eve ..
