dm800 crashes fw upload false

I have run the software dm800 head and upload the wrong fw head genuine and no longer on the screen, look forward to help!:mecry::mecry:

As above mate youll need to know your sim type then use japhar flash with both null modem and Ethernet cable attached to recover it.

Current com ports are not recognized and the network port lights 2 lights, the display of the head is also black

The JapharFlasher is like DreamUp, it needs your motherboard connected to the Router/Modem with RJ45 (Network : activated on the software), and the Rs232 cable from the back of the DM800HD connected to a PC with a REAL Rs232 port.
