AB ipbox 9000 si FAN

Hello, i have the ab ipbox 9000HD.i tested with all firmware sifteam,rudbox,official firmware and i have one big problem.When I boot the ipbox the FAN work for some minutes and after stop to working.When i put in standby the system and after i open the ipbox from the standby the FAN work non stop.And i want to know if this happens and in the other user who has ab ipbox or it is one bug from my box.Thanks and sorry for my english.

but in future is it possible some software control for the FAN?Becase is very noise some times.
