DreamBox 500s Flashing Issues

Hello all, i was having some problems with my dreambox 500s and tried to flash it using dreamup with image Gemini-4.70-Skin-Vlidator-2-Cccam-2.3.0_by-rabi381, whiles flashing the box got a error so im guessing the image was wrong, anyways i grab the new PLI Jade image and try to re-flash the box but im getting this error message when i power the box on after i start up dreamup: upload completed, waiting for acknowledge, its been stuck at that screen for a few hours and wont move and wont allow me to attach the file to the flash section. i`ve read a few post from other forums on this site and tired it but it didnt help. can someone out there please tell me if there is a work around for this. Hi @Freon, are you talking about the cable thats plugged into the board?

@freon i did what u said but im still getting the same message when i try to flash. any other suggestions ?
