Update on CS & HW Paired Packages

CS & HW Packages Questions

Hi Guys
Can some of you tell me which of the following packages are HardWare Paired please?
Im looking to update the favourites lists

Bulsatcom 39 East (not including Tandberg)
Dolce/Telecom 39 East
T-Home 4 West
Chello Multicanal 24.5 West
Televisa Networks 24.5 West
Digea Greece/ERT Greece 3 East still open with Tandberg??

Digea Greece/ERT Greece 3 East is still open with BISS/DCW Keys

Bulsatcom 39 East can be open with c/s and NOT H/W Paired
Dolce/Telecom 39 East i believe it is ND$ H/W Paired i can not open it anyhow !
Chello Multicanal 24.5 West i think its very Rare and difficult to find C/S Peer For this package but i do not think it is H/W Paired
T-Home 4 West i believe is H/W Paired i can not open anyhow !
