I was receiving Al Nassr TV 45W until yesterday nothing has changed no obstacles, Dish still perfectly vertical! It is a Channel Master 1.8M tracking 53E to 45W all other satellites are clearing. I am 30 miles north of Dublin on the coast using a DM600seHD and a Dreamsky 9300HD. Any Ideas please?:confused:

Al Nassr TV Tchad is no longer broadcasting from 45 west,

The only tv channel on this satellite now with a European beam is:-

11608 H DVB-S/MPEG-2 1852 5/6 RASD TV

Thank you the little hair I have left was being fulled out in frustration. I was never able to get RASD TV is it a much weaker signal?

RASD tv is stronger signal quality = 9.5dB with my 100cm dish

Al Nassr is back now but with a much weaker signal Q @ 0 to 5.1dB

al nassar is coming in at 10.5db here today. it needs a higher signal for a stable lock as its dvbs2/8psk/mpeg4,regards mdt


EDIT.. signal has disappered again now

Really Bizarre, I checked line of sight and alignment both are as they should be. I never received RASD TV but as mentioned above Al Nassr was working fine. I use a C120 0.3db lnb with the correct CM feedhorn. Back to the drawing board this end but thanks for all the ideas and help.

Only RASD tv working here on a 100cm dish 78% signal Quality nothing on Digital 1/Al Nassr.

Hi, Al Nassr is still on. But the signal had been much better before.

My transponders i can currently receive on 45°W:
11453/2314/V - data
11470/1000/V - data
11487/1237/V - Digital 1/Al Nassr
11601/999/V - data
11605/1000/H - Radiochannels IS8-3S, IS8-4S, IS8-18S, IS8-19S, IS8-20S
11609/1851/H - RASDTV

Checked 45w last night and can confirm Digital 1/Al Nassr Tv Tchad tp is still active although getting quite a bit of picture break-up as quality only 45% using tm5402hd and 1.1.dish. As usual Rasd Tv with 80% quality.
Only one not receiving from previous post(FanOfSat) is the radio channels on 11605h 1000, anyone else receiving this one?.

I'm getting a strong signal on those on 11606h 989 2/3

On some receivers, it's worth scanning them in at 1000 (like my Technomate TM-5200) as it'll still pick them up at that Symbol Rate - but many PC cards are ok with 3 figure SRs just below 1000 too - like my Tevii S464.

Good info from last three posts and good to know that the az box premium+ brings these symbol rates in. Took far78 advice and tried again with TM-5402 with sr 1000 but again no signal. There does seem to be quite a few radio packages over the various sats now with these three digit sr.
