SVN #3924 - Clients (Trunk)

Alle Clients sind nur mit DVBAPI, DEBUG und AU für Nagra- und Irdeto-Karten.
Kein WEBIF, keine Card-Reader, kein MONITOR und kein Anticascading.
Der Client "camd35" beinhaltet auch "camd35tcp".

Auf Boxen ohne USB-Reader können die Clients für Nagra- und/oder Irdeto-Karten auch als Server benutzt werden.

SVN #3957 Komplett (Trunk) inklusiv SSL

Einmal "wirklich" komplett.
Und einmal "minimal" ohne "IRDETO_GUESSING", "CS_WITH_DOUBLECHECK", "CS_LED" und "LibUsb".

OpenSSL ist ein Versuch. Bitte testen und nicht böse sein ...
