Polarization: Horizontal
FEC: ¾
Symbol Rate: 27,5 Ms/s
Video PID: 2001

someone can test it?

south uk, 80cm, signal 77% and ok today

transponder is OK for me too, but can't tune the channel!

Delete all channels of Hot Bird and then scan again. Are you sure if the dish is on 13 E?
