unzip and then ftp the zipped tar.gz file to tmp then do a manual install from the remote

Unrar ans FTP the file to /var/etc/SifTeam/tmp/
Reboot thenn press the green button twice to be able to download Emus etc.

On what version of Dreambox?
Anyway unrar the file and transfer it to the tmp folder at the root of your image.
Use the software manager to install it where the software manager is depends on your Dreambox model.
