you don't specify which image, anyway install plugin fan control from E2 blue panel (Gemini 5.1 i.e. see pics) or uncompress file here and install *.ipk plugin. I'm using 1st choice and works fine, I haven't tested 2nd plugin.

I bought it in Germany from a ecommerce store in a famous market on the net (e-b*y) and it is wired just plugged on motherboard I don't remember colors sequence if you mean that. btw maybe this video has frames for your help I don't know, take a look:
