Woman finds frozen dead mouse in bag of oven chips

A woman who cracked open a bag of Healthy Living oven chips found a dead mouse inside, frozen to the potato-based snack.

Oven chips: Where one woman found a dead mouse (yummy)
Becky Cooke said she thought the rodent was a black chip at first, then 'couldn't stop screaming' when she realised the grim truth.

The 30-year-old mum of two, who'd bought the chips from her local shop in Poplar, East London, went on to make a complaint to the Co-op.
Though she received an apology and £50 in vouchers after sending the packet to the chain's head office, she has vowed not to shop there again.
Becky's mousy shock comes not long after Oxfordshire resident Stephen Forse's similar experience while rustling up a few sandwiches for his children.
He'd already used some of a loaf he bought online from Tesco when he clocked 'a dark-coloured object embedded in the corner of three or four slices'.
At first thinking it was simply a dough-mixing fail, he then noticed 'the object had fur on it'.
The production firm behind the loaf was subsequently ordered to pay £17,000 in fines and compensation.
