VU Solo Clone - remote control stopped!

Hi guys

Have purchased a VU Solo Clone (which i think takes same software as Cloud iBox) and it arrived with Blackhole image. I prefer using OpenPli due to its ease of use and flashed with this.

Its worked well for a week or two and on two different boxes the same problem has arose whereby the box boots ok etc however the remote control doesnt work. I've tried different batteries, different replacement remotes and the same issue happens. Its almost like the box is locked or the remote sensore has been disabled.

Can anyone give me any advice as to why this might be happening?

It could be the sensor it could also be a corrupt image so try a reflash.

Actually you were recommended as they guy's images we should use if reflashing. do you recommend any in particular or have any i can download.

I'm bit confused about the box in question as its advertised as VU+ Solo, but was told isnt a V2, V3 etc but seems to be more like a Cloud iBox in a mini Dreambox 800hd case!

No its not a twin tuner. Its one of these!!

I had found a site that had the images for download under the same category as VU Solo Pro/Cloud iBox...think it was called magic<something> but again, cant seem to find that now either.

Any of those images will be compatible with your clone.
