Does anybody know of a USB to serial lead and drivers that will work with a laptop?
Maybe this has been asked before.
I'm using a prolific lead and driver. when i run it it seems to install ok.
when i connect it via null lead to DM500s it recognises the box but the green progress bar stops and it says waiting for the box to respond.............but it don't.
The null lead is ok as I have a very old very slow pc and it will upload from it.
I use this box on my holidays and can only use a laptop.
Has anybody ever got this combination to work with a laptop?
