UPC targets Polish business clients

Poland’s leading cable operator UPC Polska has extended the service it offers to business clients as a result of the company’s recent acquisition of Aster.
According to UPC Polska, UPC Biznes, which provides triple play, is now more widely available in Warsaw and Kraków.
It has also entered the market in the western Polish city of Zielona Góra.
The main attributes of UPC Biznes, which is currently available in three promotional packages, is internet access at up to 150 Mbps, fixed and mobile telephony to 44 countries, including the US, China and Thailand, and an attractive TV offer.
Following its acquisition of Aster last year, UPC Polska has just under 1.5 million TV subscribers, or roughly double that of Vectra and Multimedia Polska, its two nearest competitors.
