There are many providers that use Videoguard Encryption ,
your info is really useless and unlikely you get any response with such limited information ..nobody here i think is psychic ? ..lol's

my provider is videeogurd @ 108e when i active my card for 6 month it just work 3 month then card show recharge your acoount. when i recharge 1 account acount2 automatic activated .
now i want to know that dual accounts or multi room card are unpaired?
