Brian Sullivan will remain CEO of Sky Deutschland till the end of 2014, the company has said.

Sullivan joined the company at the end of March, 2010 and will now remain for another two years at the helm of the German premium broadcaster.

Under Sullivan’s leadership Sky D has become successful with 3.21 million subscribers at the end of September 2012 and with over 2 million HD homes.

The CEO has also promised a positive EBITDA for the company in 2013.

Sky Deutschland also announced that it extended its partnership the US PGA Tour through 2015. Over the next three years, Sky will be broadcasting live coverage from over 40 golf events, including the FedExCup Playoffs, The Players Championship and The Presidents Cup.

Burkhard Weber, SVP Sky Sports, in a statement: “Extension of the rights means that Sky will remain the number one golf broadcaster for years to come”
