TVN, CNBC to launch Polish channel
TVN and CNBC have joined forces to launch a business channel in Poland.
TVN CNBC Biznes will share resources with CNBC Europe. A new state-of-the-art newsroom will have a dedicated fixed link to CNBC Europe headquarters in London "for routine exchange of footage and programme excerpts". Reports from TVN CNBC Biznes will air on CNBC Europe, increasing the channel's coverage of movements on the Polish stock exchange.
TVN will have responsibility for operational management of the channel but production will be shared between TVN and CNBC.
