TVN biz channel secures licence
Poland’s National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) has granted a satellite licence to TVN’s new business channel, which will make its debut, as a joint venture with CNBC, this autumn. Known as TVN CNBC Biznes, the service is already understood to have secured access to between 40-50% of the country’s 5 million cable homes. TVN CNBC Biznes will be the broadcaster’s 13th TV channel, all but three of which are thematic services.
