trying to update image ? please help

i have installed the original image ( because i was getting invalid image (old image ) when trying to load open pli 4.0 and that went on ok , but when i try to upload open pli 4.0 , it counts up to 100% in bottom left , then says *invalid image (old image ) again before it has time to upload . i have bootloader 84 installed and its original box before it has time to upload . please help

would of helped if you stated what box you had and if its an original or clone and you have posted this in the Dreambox (SD Models) section
