hi got an tm9100 out of the loft need to get tcc6 to change the password when i got it out did a factory reset thats why i need to change password any help would be good thanks rob45.

its a long time since I used mine factory reset may have set a null pass word

try telnet to the box leaving password blank then use passwd command to change it
