I am new to this site and box and I am trying to set up Channel Lists for both Freeview and Sky. Any help please.

Hi Ferret, tried loading Catseye E28.2 E via dreamset but getting the following error:-

Connecting to ftp//[email protected] [OK]
Checking/share/tuxbox/satellites.xml [OK]
Checking/var/tuxbox/config/enigma/lamedb [ERROR]

I am trying to load onto a technomate TM-Twin-OE with Enigma2 loaded on it. Can you help with error.

Select Enigma 2 version 3 or 4. making sure passive FTP is ticked.

Both Enigma 2 version 3 or 4 have been selected together with passive FTP being ticked, still no joy.

Why not just use the Autobouquet feature of the image you currently have installed, its normally located in setup-service searching-Autobouquet maker.

Configure when you want it to scan and then configure your provider which is Sky UK

Hi digi, yes I can do that but I wanted to get rid of unwanted channels therefore in effect creating a favourites lists. Some of the sky channels are duplicated and I am trying to get rid of these. Any thoughts?

You can customise the ABM output in the configure menu get rid of HD, Adult etc..

if your still having problems then using DBedit send your list to your PC(new folder) then edit it , save and send it back. its time consuming i know but its handy to have for customising channel lists,rgds

Hi mdt, this sounds to be a possible solution as dreamset will still not play ball. I can't find the file in the directory. Do you know what path to take.
