Symbol rate less than 1000

I am trying to access the following transponder

3744h SR 741

When i try and enter a symbol rate of less than 1000, it tells me it is an invalid symbol rate. I have successfully obtained this transponder on a DM800.

I used the channel editor to force a symbol rate of 741 and loaded the channel into the TM. But, no luck, it does NOT get a SIGNAL LOCK.

Is there a trick?? or does TM5402M3 unable to retrieve signals with a symbol rate that low?

Oh, i tried all those iterations. I tried 0741 00741. That makes no difference.

when I add them I go to pid search then press green button to add transponder and they work every time

just delete any old close matching transponders not in use

Your not understanding. TM won't accept any Symbol Rates below 1000. If you try and put a number under 1000 it says, "Frequency Error"

But, i was able to get it to accept 741 by using an external program. But, i am still not able to get a signal lock.

well I have the same receiver and I can add them exactly how I wrote above,if you have another transponder near to the one your adding delete them

Your not inputting the symbol rate i want. I don't want 7.500
I want 0.741
