Starsat sr-x5300 USB internet problem.plz help

I connect my receiver to the internet via a RS232 to ethernet converter connected to the RS232 port of the receiver. And twin protocol is running.i used to watch all jsc, art, showtime and many others. Now nothing opens, i think the receiver is not using the port anymore. Any help plzzzzz
