sos samsat 560

I am using a Samsat 560 with an integrated Morebox Dongle. My problem is tat I can not receive any signal on AtlanticBird 1 for my Morebox. Pls note that the signal is ok because I tune to every channel on this satellite and it works fine but when I want to use it for y dongle no data is received and no channel decrypted.Any help please

Yes I did but in vain
no signal at all for the dongle
when i switch to Eutelsat W3A it ok

Currently I m using this dongle at W3 but one of my friend was telling me the singnal is temporrily unavailable from ATLANTIC

in spain w3 and ab1 work fine

The signal is working fine on Atlantic bird1 so might be you stb make sure you check your sitting.

Everything is ok:
Settings are ok.
Morebox satellite is activated (AtlanticBird 1).
Mounting is ok.
Cables and lnb are ok.
==> Hardware and Software are ok. But no signal AT ALL as far as the dongle , ONLY THE DONGLE, is concerned.
Channels 0 (0)
Data 0-0-00
When I tune to Eutelsat W3A EVERYTHING IS ALLRIGHT

Ok here is an simple trick if u can fallow.
1. use any its old dump file which was working last time at Atlanitc Bird .
2. Unplug the stb for 2 to 3 minuts
3 Plug it and install its new firmware and connect ur Dongle and give it some time it will work fine .

il a éte enlevé dans cette derniere mise à jour.
generalement ne sert à rien sur samsat 560.

oui si tu utilise W3. sur AB1 il marche tres bien avec la mise a jour du 14.03.11
en plus il ouvre sky sport1.2 et sky sport super calcio sur hotbird.
